It is commonly believed that it takes a woman to make a man of a boy – and this old adage may be quite true if we take a look at Heather Neel and Derek Carr, whose love relationship blossomed from a friendship. Apparently, Neel once wrote Carr a letter that simply told him very plainly that he wasn’t being the person she thought he was. It looks like it was enough to trigger the change in Carr that she needed! Five years later, Neel was in her wedding dress, ready to exchange their vows in 2012!
