The owner finds a new way to carry her dog on the Subway
A typical NewYorker is incomplete without a pet following him around to all the places. With the new law restricting the dogs to only being carried in a bag, this woman finds a way out. So much for the law that the woman in the picture has cut five holes to allow the dog to walk and keep his head high.
This blue bag is the new dress for the dog that he’ll get to wear on the subways. The dog is seen looking behind so as to shoo the haters and tell them that he follows the New York rules.
