Barry Manilow – Now 79 Years Old

Joy Harmon – Age 82

Former actress Joy Harmon is most well-known for her scene-stealing performance in the popular Stuart Rosenberg film Cool Hand Luke. Though her acting career was brief, Harmon has found success as a baker and businesswoman.

Groucho Marx first saw the beautifully adorned Joy, a Flushing native, as a guest on You Bet Your Life. He then encouraged her to collaborate with him on Tell It to Groucho. She made more money as a pin-up girl in the late 1960s and early 1970s with only a few television appearances to her credit, but she eventually gave up acting. Afterward, Harmon created Aunt Joy’s Cakes since baking has always been one of her passions.

Michael Parkinson – Age 87

Michael Parkinson is a widely acclaimed broadcaster, journalist, and novelist from the UK. His long-running television chat program Parkinson is what made him most well-known. In the UK and other countries, Michael has also been on numerous chat shows and programs.

Passionate about the media industry, he started working as a journalist for a local newspaper right after college. Later, Parkinson worked for the Daily Express after penning feature articles for the Manchester Guardian. In addition, he served in the army for two years and was, at the time, the youngest person to be given the rank of Captain. Michael was hailed as “the great British talk show host” by the Guardian.

Christina Pickles – Age 87

Former English actor Christina Pickles is best remembered for playing “Nurse Helen Rosenthal” in the medical drama St. Elsewhere. Her extensive collection of work in the entertainment industry spans more than five decades and includes a number of illustrious stage productions, short films, TV shows, and films.

Christina was born in England, on February 17, 1935. She studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London when she was 15 years old. In 1961, Pickles made her acting debut in the production of Look Back in Anger at the Arena Stage in Washington. Pickles made her big screen debut with the role of Nicole Blackstone in the 1974 Canadian-American comedy Seizure.

Born on May 31, 1930, in California, to parents Margaret Ruth and Clinton Eastwood Sr, Clint Eastwood is an actor who has had a tremendous career in Hollywood. Rising from being born into a middle-class household to being a highly successful actor-director-producer, he has definitely established himself.

After finding popularity with the show Rawhide, he went on to become famous all over the world thanks to Sergio Leone’s Dollars Trilogy. Additionally, he received the Légion d’honneur, France’s highest civilian honor.
